    飞机涂层失效特征的研究与分析

    Research on Failure Characteristics of Aircraft Coatings

    • 摘要: 对飞机用防护、装饰和新型特种功能涂层的失效特征进行分析,归类出飞机涂层常见的起泡、开裂和变色等10种宏观失效特征和有关隐性失效特征,这些特征既有共性,又有其特殊性。对新型功能涂层失效特征进行研究,分析各种特征的失效原因,并给出失效特征的判定与预防方法。通过对涂层隐性失效后性能降低的试验验证,强调其在实际应用中的危害性,并对今后有关新型涂层失效研究进行展望。本综述对于预防飞机表面涂层失效研究具有一定指导作用。

       

      Abstract: The failure characteristics of aircraft coatings for protection, decoration and new special functions were analyzed, and 10 common macroscopic failure features and related latent failure features of aircraft coatings were classified, including bubbling, cracking and color change. These features have both commonness and particularity. The failure features of new functional coatings were analyzed in detail. The reasons of these failure features were analyzed, and judgement and prevention methods for them were put forward. The harmness of latent failure in practical application was emphasized through experimental verification of the performance degradation of coatings after latent failure. Finally, the future research on the failure of relevant new coatings was prospected. This review will play a guiding role in preventing the failure of coatings on aircraft surface.
