    轴承座开裂原因分析

    Analysis and Study on Cause of Fracture of Bearing Housing

    • 摘要: 发动机运行60 h后进行分解检查,发现滚棒轴承座的安装轴承外环处开裂,裂纹贯穿整个轴承外环配合面。对轴承座开裂处进行断口宏微观分析,金相组织和倒角检查等,确定轴承座开裂性质和原因。结果表明:轴承座的开裂性质为高周疲劳,疲劳开裂的原因与起源位置未倒圆呈一直角形貌且存在毛刺导致出现较大的应力集中有关。后续采取对设计图样进行完善,细化尺寸,改进轴承座的加工工艺及加强对零件的制造质量控制等措施后,未再发生此类故障。

       

      Abstract: It was found that the outer ring of the roller bearing housing was cracked after a 60-hour test run of a certain type of engine. The crack runs through the whole outer ring fitting surface of the bearing. Through the macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the fracture surface and the examination of metallographic structure and hardness, it is considered the fracture property of the bearing housing is fatigue. The cause of fatigue fracture was that it was a right-angle transition and there was obvious stress concentration. After taking measures to improve the design drawing, refine the size, improve the processing technology of the bearing housing and strength the manufacturing quality control of the parts, this kind of failure did not occur again.
