Abstract:
In order to improve the reliability of aero-engine pipeline, a metal hose is added to the middle part of the pipeline to compensate for manufacturing deviation, installation error and thermal expansion. In order to meet the design requirements of pipeline structural dynamics and avoid pipeline damage and failure, finite element modeling, frequency calculation and analysis of aero-engine pipeline with metal hose are carried out. By increasing the hoop and adjusting the hoop position to frequency modulation, the low order frequency of pipeline meets the requirements of GJB. and the power spectrum analysis shows that the vibration stress of the clamped pipeline is significantly reduced, which verifies the feasibility of the Scheme.
