    Fracture Analysis of LY12 Corner Plate

    • 摘要: 在对飞机进行地面例行检查时,发现用于固定液压管的LY12角片发生断裂,安装在其他部位用于固定液压导管的相同材料、相同热处理工艺的角片亦出现多起类似断裂现象。对失效角片进行宏、微观形貌检查、化学成分检测分析、金相组织检查以及显微硬度检测等理化检验,并对角片的实际装配情况进行了解,确定角片发生断裂的原因。结果表明:角片的断裂性质为疲劳断裂,是实际装配结构和受力的综合结果;提出增加额外固定装置、更换角片材料的改进措施。

       

      Abstract: During the process of ground routine inspection of a certain type plane, the LY12 corner plate which used to fix the hydraulic pipe was found to be fractured. After this incident, some corner plates of the same material and the same heat treatment which used to fix the hydraulic pipe on the other position were also found to be fractured. In this paper, macro-morphology and micro-morphology observation, composition analysis, metallurgical structure examination, micro hardness test of the failure corner plate were all carried out to analyze the failure reasons of the failure corner, and the actual installation of the corner plate was also be checked. The results show that the fracture property of the corner plate is fatigue fracture, which is the comprehensive result of actual assembly structure and force action. According to the analysis result, the improvement measures and suggestions such as adding additional fixtures or replacing the material of corner plate are put forward.
