摘要: 针对齿轮箱故障时冲击故障特征频率提取困难的问题,提出一种自适应Teager能量算子的故障特征频率提取方法。该方法对低信噪比的齿轮箱振动信号使用连续Teager能量算子处理,便于提升信号的信噪比,突出齿轮故障特征。仿真信号和实际风电机组齿轮故障信号的诊断效果表明:齿轮故障状态下,该方法能够增加约1倍的信号峭度值,突出信号中的故障冲击特征,且计算简单,适用于齿轮故障在线监测和诊断。Abstract: Aiming at the difficulty in extracting the characteristic frequency of impact faults when the gearbox is faulty, a method based on adaptive Teager energy operator (ATEO) is proposed, which can improve the signal-to-noise ratio and highlight the characteristics of gear failures. Employing this method, the kurtosis of signal can be enhanced by 1 time and the impulsive features are highlighted. Moreover, it is applicable to monitor and diagnose the gear faults with simper calculations.
