    空心涡轮叶片中残芯的定量评价

    Quantitative Evaluation on Residual Cores in Hollow Turbine Blades

    • 摘要: 航空发动机空心涡轮叶片的铸造成形过程中的每个步骤都需要极其严格的质量控制,残芯评价也是必不可少的环节。基于浸泡法深入研究空心涡轮叶片中残芯的结构特征及其中子检测能力。结果表明:冷中子照相可以清晰分辨0.2 mm厚、经Gd元素标记的残芯,这种高灵敏度检测特性取决于残芯所吸收Gd元素的含量,与残芯的疏松多孔性、浸泡溶液的可达性及内腔的复杂性密切相关;单面胶片的图像质量最优,有利于残芯定量评价的准确性;浸泡法存在一定的可靠性问题,但适用于脱芯后疏松残芯的中子照相。

       

      Abstract: Stringent quality control is required necessarily in each step of casting process of aeroengine hollow turbine blade, where an evaluation on residual cores is also an indispensable link. Based on the immersion method, the structure characteristics and neutron detection ability of residual cores in hollow turbine blades were studied in this paper. The results show that residual cores with thickness of 0.2 mm and marked by Gd element can be clearly distinguished for cold neutron radiography. This high-sensitivity detection characteristic depends on the content of Gd element absorbed by residual cores, which is closely related to the porosity of residual cores, the accessibility of immersion solution and the complexity of inner cavity. The single-sided film shows the best image quality that is favorable to the accuracy of quantitative evaluation on residual cores. The immersion method does have some reliability problems, whereas it is suitable for neutron photography of porous residual cores after leaching.
