    主桨叶大梁疲劳断裂断口定量分析研究

    • 摘要: 主桨叶大梁服役800 h多后发生断裂,当大梁裂纹穿透壁厚时,压力传感器无压差告警,引起后续大梁的持续扩展直至断裂。通过对大梁断口开展宏微观观察和断口定量分析,结合外场飞机载荷谱分析,给出大梁在不同阶段的扩展速率,并通过模拟桨叶裂纹扩展进行验证,获得主桨叶大梁的扩展寿命约为40个起落,萌生寿命为2097个起落,反推效果较好。通过断口定量给出的结果,弥补外场监测不到位的不足,为排故提供方向,为主桨叶大梁寿命评估和设制定检周期服务,可为大梁损伤容限进行评价,当裂纹穿透壁厚压力传感器告警后的损伤容限周期至少为10个起落。

       

      Abstract: The main blade girder was fractured after more than 800 hours of service. when the beam crack penetrated the wall thickness, the pressure found that there was no pressure difference warning, which caused the subsequent continuous expansion of the girder until the fracture accident. In the present work, macro and micro observation, and quantitative analysis on fracture surface were carried out, the load spectrum of the outfield aircraft is analyzed. The expansion rates of the girder at different stage are given and verified by simulation experiments. The extended life of the main blade girder was about 40 ups and downs, and the initiation life was 2097 ups and downs. The results of fracture quantification can make up for the defects of insufficient field monitoring, provide direction for troubleshooting, and provide services of life assessment and inspection cycle of main blade girders, so as to evaluate the damage tolerance of girders. when the crack penetrates the wall thickness pressure sensor, the damage tolerance period is at least 10 ups and downs.
