    Friction and Wear Properties of Friction Pairs of DD6/GH3536 Superalloy

    • 摘要: 为获得航空发动机涡轮叶片和缘板阻尼块的摩擦磨损性能,对DD6单晶高温合金与GH3536高温合金在750 ℃下进行干滑动摩擦磨损性能研究。采用激光共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)等方法,考虑温度、载荷、频率等因素,从体积磨损率、磨损深度、变质层/变形层厚度等角度对材料磨损程度进行评价。结果表明:DD6/GH3536摩擦副磨损形式以粘着磨损为主,对材料造成的损伤以表层组织变形和材料转移特征为主;360~600 N载荷范围内,载荷对DD6/GH3536摩擦副摩擦系数的影响不大,但随载荷增大,磨损严重程度增大。

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain the friction and wear properties of aeroengine turbine blades and flange damping block, the friction and wear properties of DD6 single crystal superalloy and GH3536 superalloy were studied through dry sliding at 750 ℃. Laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used, and the temperature, load, frequency and other factors were taken into account. The wear degree of materials was evaluated from the perspective of volume wear rate, wear depth and the thickness of metamorphic layer/deformation layer. The results show that the main wear mode of DD6 /GH3536 friction pair is adhesive wear, and the damage of materials is mainly characterized by surface defor-mation and material transfer. In the range from 360 N to 600 N, the load has little effect on the friction coefficient of DD6/GH3536 friction pair, but the wear degree increases with the increase of load.
