    滚动轴承接触疲劳失效的影响因素及其研究现状

    Influencing Factors of Contact Fatigue Failure of Rolling Bearings and Their Research Status

    • 摘要: 滚动轴承接触疲劳失效是滚动轴承的主要失效形式之一。本研究以轴承的制造过程和服役过程为主线,从材料质量、加工工艺、热处理质量、表面状态、润滑状态、设计与装配、服役环境及条件等方面,概括滚动轴承接触疲劳失效影响因素的研究现状,并展望其发展趋势。研究认为,滚动轴承接触疲劳失效是多因素耦合作用的结果,提高滚动接触疲劳寿命应从轴承全寿命周期,包括设计、制造、精度控制以及润滑、装配、服役等各方面进行控制。由于服役特征不同,滚动轴承接触疲劳失效分析必须针对具体失效轴承进行综合分析,才能采取有效的预防措施。

       

      Abstract: Contact fatigue failure of rolling bearing is one of the main failure modes of rolling bearings. In this paper, the research on influencing factors of contact fatigue failure of rolling bearings was summarized, including material quality, processing technology, heat treatment quality, surface state, lubrication state, design and assembly, service environment and conditions. And the development trend of this field was discussed. In order to improve the fatigue life of rolling contact, the design, manufacturing, precision control and lubrication should be improved. The contact fatigue failure of rolling bearings is a multi-factor coupling. The failure analysis must be carried out for specific bearings before effective preventive measures can be taken.
