    水下航行器发动机漏水故障的分析研究

    Water Leakage Analysis of Underwater Vehicle Engine

    • 摘要: 凸轮发动机是水下航行器热动力装置的重要组成部分,其性能优劣由功率试验的结果来反映。针对水下航行器产品在进行功率试验准备时隔板和凸轮发动机主动齿轮之间有水漏出的问题,确定该故障位置,详细分析垫圈、人员操作和固定螺钉3个故障因素,并进行试验验证。结果表明,该故障是由于固定螺钉垂直度超过标准而造成该处密封失效所致。针对该故障原因,对固定螺钉的检验工序提出了增加螺钉垂直度并完善工艺的要求。该研究对固定螺钉的可靠性设计有一定实际意义,也为使用单位完善相应的技术工艺提供了必要依据。

       

      Abstract: The cam engine is a significant component of thermal power unit in underwater vehicles, and its performance is usually verified by power test. In a power test preparation for an underwater vehicle, some water leaked out between the bulkhead and driving gear of the cam engine. In order to determine the failure cause, three fault factors, including gaskets, personnel practice and set screws, were put into consideration and validation tests. Test results show that the fault is caused by excessive perpendicularity of set screws, which exceeds GB standards and caused seal failure. Then, increasing the perpendicularity of screws and improving inspection process of set screws are proposed. The research has actual effects on reliability design of set screws, and provides a necessary basis for perfecting relevant technologies of factory, army and so on.
