    传感器位置对齿轮故障的敏感性研究

    Study on Sensitivity of Sensor Position to Gear Fault

    • 摘要: 齿轮的故障特征信息常常隐藏在齿轮的振动信号中,而振动信号则往往通过加速度传感器采集获得。在不同位置所采集到的振动信号,其噪声干扰也往往存在着强弱差异,因此找到传感器对信号采集的敏感位置在信号采集中显得尤为重要。通过采用故障特征参数值分析方法中的不同的故障状态指标作为参考依据,同时在去噪方法中采用能明显提高信噪比的时域同步平均方法进行去噪,结果发现:安装在靠近轴承座附近位置的A04号传感器所采集的振动信号噪声干扰较小;通过加速度传感器采集齿轮箱的振动故障信号时,最敏感位置应存在于轴承座附近。

       

      Abstract: The fault characteristic signal of the gear is usually hidden in the vibration signal of the gear,and the vibration signal is usually acquired by the acceleration sensor.Vibration signals collected at different locations typically have strong and weak noise interference.Therefore,it is especially important to find the sensitive location of the sensor for signal acquisition in signal acquisition.This paper uses the different fault state indicators in the fault characteristic parameter value analysis method as the reference basis.In the denoising method,the time domain synchronous averaging method which can significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio is used for denoising.The analysis find that the vibration signal collected by the A04 sensor has less interference.Therefore,when the acceleration sensor collects the vibration fault signal of the gearbox,the best sensitive position should exist near the bearing housing.
