    枕梁结构自由模态试验与分析

    Free Modal Test and Analysis of Bolster Structure

    • 摘要: 对列车枕梁结构进行自由模态试验与有限元仿真,通过相关性分析获得能准确反映其真实结构的有限元模型。首先,设计枕梁结构自由模态试验,试验获得枕梁结构的固有频率和模态振型。然后,根据枕梁结构设计图纸建立有限元模型,利用有限元方法计算获得枕梁结构的理论固有频率及模态振型。最后,通过枕梁结构固有频率和模态振型的相关分析,验证该枕梁结构有限元模型的准确性。结果表明:利用该有限元模型计算的列车枕梁结构前五阶固有频率与模态试验结果基本一致,并且前五阶模态振型的MAC(Modal Assurance Criteria)值均大于85%。

       

      Abstract: The free modal test and FEM (finite element method) simulation of a bolster structure were performed in this paper, and a FE model which can accurately reflect the real structure was determined through the correlation analysis. First, the free modal test of the bolster structure was designed and carried out to obtain the natural frequencies and modal shapes of the structure. Then, a FEM model of the bolster structure was established according to the drawings, and the theoretical natural frequencies and modal shapes were calculated using the FEM. Finally, the accuracy of the FEM model of the bolster structure was verified by the correlation analysis of the natural frequencies and the mode shapes. It is concluded that the first five natural frequencies of the bolster structure calculated by FEM are basically consistent with the modal test results, and the MAC values of the modal shapes are greater than 85%.
