    燃油调节器壳体结合面渗油故障分析

    Analysis on Oil Leakage of Fuel Regulators

    • 摘要: 直升机燃油调节器在使用中多次发生渗漏油故障,虽多次制定整改措施,但渗油故障仍然不时出现,近2年外场共发生25起渗漏故障,集中发生在冬季。采用统计分析方法,可知燃油调节器频发渗漏油多发于北方、冬季,且多见于翻修产品;通过分析密封机理,对燃油调节器结合面渗漏油故障的原因进行分析,结果表明,密封材料的低温性能不足、密封圈压缩量偏低、薄膜粘接工艺不当等造成渗漏油故障的发生;针对各种故障原因分别进行验证。

       

      Abstract: Fuel leakage failure has occurred to a type of fuel regulators in helicopters for several times. Although many measures have been taken, such failure still takes place from time to time. In the past 2 years, such failure has taken place for about 25 times, most in winter. In the present work, the characteristics of such leakage failure were analyzed by means of statistical analysis. By analyzing the sealing mechanism, the leakage cause of the faying surface of the fuel regulators was analyzed. Analysis and verification were carried out for possible failure reasons. The results show that the leakage fault is caused by many factors.
