    直升机复合材料环境谱及加速谱编制研究

    Study on Compilation of Environment Spectrum and Acceleration Spectrum for Composite of a Helicopter

    • 摘要: 针对直升机在海上战训任务遂行中出现的严重复合材料老化现象,筛选复合材料的境敏感因素,老化参量包括温度、湿度和紫外光照等,提出直升机复合材料结构使用环境谱编制方法,并编制相应环境谱;以湿热效应和光氧老化对CFRP板材损伤相等为原则,编制适用于CFRP的实验室加速老化环境谱,缩短了直升机复合材料环境适应性试验周期,为复合材料的研发和工程应用提供一定参考。

       

      Abstract: During the task of maritime warfare training, the composite of a helicopter experienced serious aging. So, the sensitive environmental factor of the composite was screened out. The aging parameters include temperature, humidity, and ultraviolet light, etc. Based on this, the method of compilating the using environment spectrum for the helicopter composite structure was put forward, and the corresponding environmental spectrum was given out. Based on the principle of equal damage of humid heat effect and photooxidation aging to the CFRP plate, a suitable method of compilating the laboratory accelerated aging environmental spectrum for CFRP was developed, which shortens the environmental adaptability test cycle of helicopter composite and provides a reference for the research and development of composite and its engineering application.
