    高温钢轴承套圈滚道磨削烧伤控制技术研究

    Control Technology of Raceway Grinding Burn of High-temperature Steel Bearing Rings

    • 摘要: 高温钢具有较高的高温硬度、高温接触疲劳强度和耐磨性能,以其制造航空发动机主轴轴承,对延长轴承寿命、提升应用性能具有深远意义。公司制造的该类轴承在应用中多次发生故障,轴承套圈滚道表面出现剥落。分析认为,滚道表面产生的磨削烧伤层是诱发滚道表面剥落的主要原因。通过开展高温钢轴承套圈滚道磨削烧伤控制技术研究,固化高温钢轴承套圈滚道粗磨、细终磨的工艺方法,制定合理的高温钢轴承套圈磨削工艺流程,稳定控制套圈滚道表面磨削质量,规避磨削烧伤,解决轴承应用过程中出现的滚道表面剥落故障,提升轴承寿命及可靠性。

       

      Abstract: With high high-temperature hardness and contact fatigue strength as well as good abrasion resistance, high-temperature steel has been widely used to produce the main axle bearings for aero engines to prolong their life and improve their performance. several times of failure have taken place to a kind of bearings during service, and the failure mode is that the raceway surface of the bearing ring peeled off. It is assumed that the grinding burn layer on the surface of the raceway is the main cause of the surface peeling off. The control technology of grinding burn of high temperature steel bearing ring raceway was studied, the process method for coarse grinding and fine finish grinding was fixed, and a reasonable grinding process for high temperature steel bearing ring was establish. As a result, the grinding quality of the surface of the raceway was steadily controlled to avoid grinding burn so that such failure can be avoided and the life and reliability of the bearing can be improved.
