    预防性多滤波技术在丝材涡流检测中的应用研究

    Application of Preventive Multi-filter Technology in the Eddy Current of Wire

    • 摘要: 针对小径丝材检测的要求,介绍了一种基于预防性多滤波技术的新型涡流检测方法,从原理出发,比较了预防性多滤波涡流检测与常规涡流检测的不同,即在一个宽的、全面的频率带宽内设置了多个中心频率不同的带通滤波器,并通过试验得到预防性多滤波涡流检测在丝材检测中的周向灵敏度、端头盲区及检测灵敏度。通过检测应用证实能够有效检出宽度约为30 μm、深度为225.7 μm的纵向裂纹。

       

      Abstract: A new eddy current testing method based on preventive multi-filter technology was introduced to test small diameter wire. The different between preventive multi-filter eddy current testing and conventional eddy current testing based on the theory was compered. And through the experimental method, the circumferential sensitivity, blind areas, detection sensitivity of the preventive multi-filter eddy current testing of wire were obtained. The verifying experiment indicated that a vertical flaw of width 30 μm and depth 0.225 mm can be detected.
