    气门间隙测量值异常的原因分析及对策

    Cause Analysis and Solution of Abnormal Measurement Value of Valve Clearance

    • 摘要: 为查找发动机气门间隙测量批量出现测量偏大或偏小的异常原因,对缸盖测量站和凸轮轴测量站传感器、传感器测量位置、挺柱级别计算方法、PLC测量逻辑步骤等进行检查。结果表明:挺柱级别计算算法、传感器、传感器测量位置、PLC逻辑等存在缺陷是造成测量异常的主要原因。通过修改计算方法、更换传感器并调整位置、优化测量逻辑程序,使气门间隙测量值的合格率稳定在97%。

       

      Abstract: The clearance measurement value of some batches of engine valves was abnormal,higher or lower than the practical value.In order to find out the measurement error,the senor,measurement location of sensor,tappet level algorithm and PLC logic procedure were checked.The results show that the deficiency of the tappet level algorithm,senor,measurement location of sensor,and PLC logic is the main cause for the abnormal measurement value.By modifying the calculation method,replacing the sensor,adjusting the location,and optimizing the measurement logic program,the measurement error of valve clearance has been sharply reduced,and the qualification rate of the measurement value stays stable at 97%.
