    J-27H环氧结构胶高温失效分析

    High-temperature Failure Analysis of J-27H Epoxy Structural Adhesive

    • 摘要: 发动机在使用一个翻修期并经返厂修理继续使用167 h后发生漏油故障。将附件分解后,发现石墨环脱胶,与金属壳体分离,胶粘剂及叶轮轴表面变色。对失效的石墨环组件及配套叶轮轴进行了外观检查,对石墨密封圈各端面形貌进行了金相组织分析,并对J-27H结构胶进行了剪切强度测试及高温老化试验。结果表明:石墨环脱落原因为摩擦生热引起J-27H环氧结构胶高温失效导致,与石墨密封环及胶粘剂自身性能无关。

       

      Abstract: Oil leakage occurred after the engine served for one renovation period and extra 167 hours.It was found that the graphite ring separated from the metal shell and the surface color of the structural adhesive and the impeller changed.The appearance of the failed graphite seal ring and the impeller was inspected,and the metallographic structure of the graphite seal ring was analyzed.Shear strength test and high-temperature aging test were carried out for J-27H structural adhesive.The results indicate that the shedding-off of the graphite ring is due to the high temperature failure of J-27H epoxy structural adhesive resulting from friction heating,and has nothing to do with the property of the graphite seal ring and the structural adhesive.
