    环氧树脂的红外光谱法快速检测技术

    Rapid Inspection Method for Epoxy by Infrared Spectroscopy

    • 摘要: 研究环氧树脂的红外光谱法快速检测技术,通过化学分析法测定环氧值,采用红外光谱法分析环氧指数,得到环氧指数-环氧值的标准曲线。此标准曲线可测定一定范围内环氧树脂的环氧值。结果表明,此方法测试结果的相对误差小于2.30%,相对偏差小于1.50%,标准偏差为0.58,能够达到与化学法接近的准确度和精密度。该方法简单、快捷、环保,较适合环氧树脂的自动化检测,在航空航天领域具有很好的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: A rapid inspection method for epoxy by infrared spectroscopy was investigated. Epoxy value was determined through chemical analysis, and epoxy index was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The relationship between epoxy index and epoxy value was given by a standard curve. The standard curve can be used to determine the epoxy value of unknown epoxy resin within limits. The results show that the relative error is lower than 2.30%, the relative deviation is lower than 1.50%, and the standard deviation is 0.58. In short, the rapid inspection method can obtain the similar accuracy and accuracy to those by chemical analysis. This method is simple, rapid and environmentally-friendly, so it is suitable to determine the epoxy value of unknown epoxy resin, and has a wild application prospect in the fields of aeronautics and astronautics.
