    淬火介质对GCr15钢力学性能和显微组织的影响

    Effects of Quenching Media on Mechanical Property and Microstructure of GCr15 Steel

    • 摘要: 通过对GCr15钢进行盐浴淬火和油浴淬火后,研究不同淬火介质及淬火方式对GCr15钢力学性能、硬度、显微组织的影响。结果表明:采用盐浴淬火比油浴淬火,其抗拉强度提高3.31%,冲击韧性降低1.16%、硬度降低0.89%,显微组织更细小。盐浴淬火与油浴淬火GCr15钢材料总体性能相当,采用盐浴淬火工艺可有效替代油浴淬火工艺。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different quenching media and methods on the mechanical properties, hardness and microstructure of GCr15 steel were investigated. The result shows that the tensile strength by salt quenching is 3.31% higher than that by oil quenching, the impact toughness by salt quenching is 1.16% lower than that by oil quenching, the hardness by salt quenching is 0.89% lower than that by oil quenching, and the microstructure by salt quenching is slightly finer. The general performance of CCr15 steel by salt quenching is close to that by oil quenching. Salt quenching process can substitute oil quenching process.
