摘要: 通过宏观形貌观察、力学性能测试、金相显微组织和微观形貌分析,对KQ65采气树四通法兰开裂原因进行了系统分析。结果表明:KQ65采气树四通法兰开裂是由于热加工过程中,冷却速度过慢,使其显微组织中珠光体粗化,并且先共析多边形铁素体沿晶界呈网状析出,大大降低了四通法兰的低温韧性,从而导致其在低温下发生脆性断裂。另外,由于采气树四通法兰颈部结构尺寸的突然变化,在该处形成应力集中,导致裂纹在此处萌生。Abstract: Fracture failure of four-channel flange for KQ65 gas production tree was investigated by mechanical properties testing, optical microstructure observation and fractureanalysis. Experimental results show that the cracking of the tree four-way flange is due to improper heat treatment during manufacturing process. Due to the slow cooling rate, the pearlite grains coarsened and polygonal ferrite formed network structure along the grain boundary. So the toughness of the four-channel flange decreased greatly. In addition, the structural change of the four-channel flange neck caused local stress concentration and promoted crack initiation here.
