Abstract:
A method for the determination of trace K in pure rhenium by AAS has been developed. The measuring conditions of AAS have been optimized. The influences of the amount of HNO
3 and rhenium on the determination of K in pure rhenium have been investigated. The relative standard deviations of the results obtained by AAS method are lower than 9.04%, the appropriate concentration range is 0.000 1%~0.001% and the detection limit is 0.0035 μg·mL
-1. The method is not only accurate and reliable but also simple and rapid.
