    国产芳纶纸蜂窝力学性能试验研究

    Research on Mechanical Properties of Aramid Honeycomb

    • 摘要: 对国产芳纶纸制备的HN系列蜂窝进行稳定型压缩和拉伸剪切力学性能试验,分析蜂窝的压缩和剪切力学行为,并研究芯材孔格和密度对力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:HN系列蜂窝的压缩和剪切力学行为具有明显的非线性。当蜂窝密度相同时,随着蜂窝孔格尺寸的增加,其抗压缩能力略有下降;当蜂窝密度增加时,稳定型压缩强度增加明显,L向和W向剪切强度随着蜂窝密度增大而线性增加。Zhang等推导的剪切强度理论预测公式较好地预测了蜂窝L向和L向剪切强度比值。

       

      Abstract: The stable shear and compressive properties of the HN series of honeycomb made of aramid paper were tested. The shear and compressive behavior and failure mechanism were analyzed. The influence of the core size and density on the mechanical performance was studied. The results show the compressive and shear behavior of the honeycomb was nonlinear. The compressive strength of the honeycomb decreased slightly with the size of honeycomb core increasing. As the density of honeycomb increased, the stable compressive strength increased obviously, and the shear strength at the L and W directions increased linearly. The theoretical prediction formula for the shear strength by Zhang and Ashby can properly predict predicted the ration of the shear strength in the L direction to the one in the W direction.
