    Analysis of Flight Accidents and Operational Control Under Low Visibility Condition

    • 摘要: 跑道上能见度的恶劣与否对飞行安全尤为重要,低云和雾霾天气的出现是造成部分机场航班运行正常性持续偏低的主要原因之一.文章首先结合民航近年来发生在低能见度条件下的事故进行简单分析,研究低能见度条件下发生事故的主要影响因素,然后以2014-11-7 CA4461航班作为案例进行详细分析,对低能见度条件下航班签派放行的重点和难点做出总结,最后在航空公司的运行控制方面有针对性的提出预防和减少飞机在低能见度条件下发生事故的措施.

       

      Abstract: Visibility of runway is very important to flight safety. The appearance of low cloud and haze would give rise to the low normality of schedule flight on part airports. First of all, this thesis gives aimplified analysis on some aviation accidents happening under low visibility condition in recent years, and then, the main influence factors leading to the accidents has been researched. In addition, a schedule flight of Air China-CA4461 failing on Nov. 7,2014 was analyzed as a case in order to summarize the emphases and difficulties. Finally, as for operational control, some prevention measures were put forward to prevent accidents from happening under low visibility condition.
