摘要: 通过光学显微和电子显微检测技术相结合,对减速器管进行观察与分析.分析结果证实减速器管发生早期疲劳断裂的原因是:减速器管在固化之前,紧固套边缘部分区域碳布发生弯曲变形,碳布层之间发生分层,部分碳纤维发生断裂,导致固化后该区域层间结合强度不高,导致该区域减速器管的刚度、强度、抗疲劳性能均大幅度下降,试验过程中在疲劳载荷的作用下分层缺陷区域发生扩展,减速器管发生断裂.Abstract: The failure cause of a reducing unit pipe was analyzed by optical microscopy and scan electronic microscopy. It is found that the failure mode of the pipe is early fatigue fracture. Before solidification, the carbon cloth bended at the edge of the adapter sleeve, resulting in delamination of carbon cloth and fracture of part carbon fiber. As a result, the properties of this area declined significantly after solidification, resulting in fatigue facture under the effect of fatigue load.
