    插座焊锡表面灰色异味物质形成原因分析

    Analysis of Forming Reason of Malodorous Gray Matter on Socket Solder Surface

    • 摘要: 直升机发动机滑油系统中,磁性屑末信号检测器末端插座搭铁片银铅焊料表面发现带有异味的灰色生成物,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、荧光光谱(XRF)、能谱(EDS)以及裂解气象色谱直谱联用(PGC-MS)分析等方法,对生成物进行了分析.结果表明:生成物的主要成分为酰胺类和酯类物质,酰胺类物质含量达13.70%(质量分数),导致异常气味的产生.其形成原因为航空滑油进入检测器,与插座银铅焊料反应形成络合物.

       

      Abstract: In the helicopter engine lubricating oil system, malodorous gray resultant was found on the surface of Ag-Pb solder on the socket iron sheet. The socket is located at the end of the magnetic debris signal detector. The composition of the resultant was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) and pyrolysis gas chromatography combined with mass spectrum (PGC-MS). The aresults show that the major components are amides and esters. The amides content reached 29.4%, which caused a foul smell. The formation reason is that the viation lubricating oil flowed into the detector, and then reacted with Ag-Pb solder, generating complexes.
