    Improvement for Supercharge of Oil parts of АЛ-31Φ Engine

    • 摘要: АЛ-31Φ发动机在使用中时常发生滑油压力低故障,给飞行安全带来隐患。俄罗斯设计和制造单位未从设计原理上进行改进,使得故障率持续偏高。结合国内外第三代航空发动机的滑油系统工作原理,采取增加滑油附件中滑油增压泵齿轮的宽度,并对壳体齿轮腔做了适应性改进。改进后的滑油附件不仅通过了强度校核,在工程化应用后还增大了12%左右的滑油流量,从设计原理上解决了滑油压力低故障,提高了发动机可靠性,保证了飞行安全。

       

      Abstract: Oil pressure of АЛ-31Φ engines was often found to be lower during service. Russia did not work to improve the oil system from the design principle, resulting in such frequent failure. Combined with working principles of the oil systems in domestic and international third-generation aircraft engines, the gear of oil booster pump was widened and the gear chamber of the shell were improved. These measures not only guaranteed the strength requirement of the oil parts and increased the oil flow by 12%. The failure of lower oil pressure was solved from the design principle and the reliability of the engines was enhanced.
