    Analysis of Defects of 1Cr18Ni9Ti Tee-part after Pickling

    • 摘要: 1Cr18Ni9Ti三通零件在酸洗后出现凹坑状及穿透性条状缺陷,本研究对失效零件进行了形貌观察、金相分析、成分分析及酸洗试验。结果表明:缺陷及其附近区域的Cr、Ni元素含量明显偏低,致使缺陷区域的耐腐蚀性能较基体正常区域差,在酸腐蚀介质下,缺陷区域发生优先腐蚀,导致三通零件在酸洗后出现凹坑状及穿透性条状缺陷;“贫Cr-Ni区”为钢棒电渣重熔时,熔入了不含Cr、Ni元素的异金属所致,通过酸洗检查可以有效地预防存在缺陷的三通零件混入使用环节。

       

      Abstract: A 1Cr18Ni9Ti tee-part was found to have defects after pickling. In order to find out the failure cause, macro and micro observation, metallographic structure examination, composition analysis and acid washing experiment were carried out. The results show that the content of element Cr and Ni was obviously lower at the defeat areas than that at other areas so that the corrosion resistance of the defeat areas was worse than other normal areas. Preferential corrosion happened at the defeat areas in corrosive media and thus defects were found after pickling. The Cr-Ni poor areas formed during the electroslag remlting process of steel bar because some matter without Cr and Ni was melted into the steel matrix. Pickling examination can effectively prevent defective parts from use.
