    冷镦钢冷顶锻裂纹研究

    Research on Crack of Cold Heading Steels during Cold Upsetting

    • 摘要: 生产的冷镦钢盘条出现冷顶锻开裂的质量问题,通过金相高倍观察、扫描电镜以及能谱等检测方法,对典型缺陷样品及其裂纹进行检测分析,确定了开裂的原因。结果表明:冷镦钢冷顶锻开裂原因是材料表层及次表层存在较大的夹杂物,以及轧制过程中造成了表面划伤。根据分析结果提出控制炼钢夹杂物和加强轧钢导卫调整等改进措施,改善了冷镦钢产品质量,提高其冷顶锻合格率。

       

      Abstract: Cold upsetting cracking occurred to cold heading steel. Typical defect samples and their cracks were analyzed by metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that cold upsetting cracking of cold heading steel was mainly because there existed bigger inclusions at surface and subsurface, and surface scratches formed during rolling. According to the analysis results, some improvement measures were put forward to control inclusions during steelmaking and strengthen the guide adjustment during steel rolling. As a result, the quality of cold heading steel was improved, and the qualification rate of cold upsetting increased.
