    不锈钢焊缝缺陷的超声相控阵扫描图像特征分析

    Characteristic Analysis on Ultrasonic Phased Array Image of Defects in Stainless Steel Weld

    • 摘要: 采用超声相控阵检测方法对预制了夹杂和气孔缺陷的奥氏体不锈钢焊缝进行检测,分析了缺陷的相控阵图像与A扫描信号特征。试验采用的是超声相控阵扇型扫查方式,同时用深度定标方法对仪器参数进行了优化,对缺陷的位置及尺寸进行测量并获得了能够判断缺陷类型的图像特征和A信号特征。研究结果表明:超声相控阵方法不但适用于不锈钢焊缝的检测,且具备更大的检测范围及更丰富的检测信息;通过检测图像特征及相关的A信号特征能够对这2类缺陷的位置及类型进行有效评价。

       

      Abstract: Ultrasonic phased array technique is adopted to detect inclusion and void which prefabricated in stainless steel weld, and both the testing image and the related A-scan signal characters are analyzed. Scallop scan are used in the experiment, and the testing parameters are adjusted with thickness calibrating course. The results show that ultrasonic phased array technique can be used to measure the defect's location and dimension, which also possess the advantages of more testing range and rich testing information. In conclusion, the image and signal characters which can be use to distinguished inclusion and void are obtained.
