    钢中C元素EDS分析准确度的影响因素

    Analysis of Factors Influencing Accuracy of EDS on Carbon Element in Steel

    • 摘要: 从加速电压的选择、和峰的判断及定量标准化3方面对影响EDS分析钢中C元素准确度因素进行试验研究,分析加速电压、和峰及定量标准化影响EDS分析钢中C元素准确度的原因,并对提高EDS分析钢中C元素准确度的方法进行探讨。结果表明:影响EDS分析钢中C元素准确度的原因与加速电压的选择、C元素和峰现象的出现及碳污染等因素有关;采用钢的有标样定量标准化是提高EDS分析钢中C元素准确度较好方法;在钢的有标样定量标准化过程中,EDS分析的钢样品与钢标样类型、元素种类及含量越相近,C元素定量分析准确度越高。

       

      Abstract: Factors influencing EDS analysis accuracy on carbon element in steel were analyzed, including choice of accelerating voltage, identification of sum-peak as well as the quantitative standardization. In addition, methods to improve EDS analysis accuracy on carbon element in steel were analyzed. The results show that the choice of accelerating voltage, identification of sum-peak and carbon contamination were factors influencing the accuracy of EDS analysis on carbon element in steel. The quantitative standardization was an effective method to increase the accuracy of EDS analysis on carbon element in steel. The more similar type of steel and content of chemical element between test sample and standard sample resulted in the higher accuracy analysis of EDS on carbon in steel.
