    基于测试数据的长期贮存装备可靠性评估

    Reliability Assessment of Storage Long-term Equipment Based on Testing Data

    • 摘要: 针对长期贮存装备可靠性评估问题,提出了一种利用定期测试数据进行评估的方法。该方法基于有替换定时间隔测试试验模式进行设计,即将装备按其性能指标分解为具有串联关系的多个独立部件,每个部件对应一个指标集,则对装备进行的定期测试可视为同时对装备多个部件进行的定期测试;利用有替换定时间隔测试试验中的样品失效似然函数对装备每个部件可靠性进行评估,进而实现装备可靠性评估。装备定期测试数据真实反映了装备组成部件性能状况变化过程,利用该数据对装备可靠性进行评估,评估结果具有一定的可信性。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of long-term storage equipment reliability evaluation, the paper puts forward an assessment method using regular test data. The method is designed based on a replacement timing interval test pattern. In this method, according to the performance index, the equipment is decomposed into multiple independent serially related components. Firstly, each component is corresponding to a set of indicators, the equipment regularly tested can be regarded as components regular tested simultaneously. Secondly, each component reliability is evaluated using the test sample failure likelihood function, which is created based on replacement timing interval test, and then the equipment reliability evaluation is completed. Equipment regular test data reflect the performance changing process of every component of equipment, the reliability evaluation result using the data has certain credibility.
